A) You can have your recessed lights all controlled as one. You don't HAVE to operate them individually. B) The switches work just fine. Obviously, they have to be on in order to use wi-fi to control the lights, but if your app has the bulbs turned off, you can just flip the switch off then back on, and it lights up Read more

Surely you must see how this is much, much, much simpler than rewiring your home so the sockets and switches have said smarts. And 100 milliwatts is "power hungry" to you? How much less do these systems you're talking about draw? Read more
