I love that show! But what I love about most Teen Titans series/concepts is a bunch of kid sidekicks slowly growing into their own thing. It's one of the reasons I love the Wally West Flash. Editorial made good on the implicit promise of the sidekick and he adopted the mantle of the mentor. Read more

I guess it's not clear here—probably because I was furiously trying to avoid spoilers and over-explaining things—but the video game elements are only the tiniest of slivers to what's going on in this book. It's an important point of entry but the world-building in this book is very expansive. It's a great book. Read more
