EOM is a huge waste of time, because as you've noted, most people don't know about it. Even if you do know about it, force of habit makes people open most messages that come in anyway. Best case, you save someone a millisecond. Worst case, you get caught having to explain what the heck EOM means. Totally NOT efficient. Read more
