I am saying that I think it is OK if a farmer gets killed by a wolf if the lack of weapons that favored the wolf keeps 70 people from getting shot in theater. There is absolutely no perfect solution here. But if we can make it so, on average, far fewer people get killed, that's the direction I think we have to go. Read more

No, motorized transport has a purpose beyond taking life. You can use a car to get somewhere, and you can drop a piano on someone to kill them. What do you use a gun for? Ending a life. The problem with trolls is that most of them are only trolls to people who disagree with them. They have opinions, and want to voice them.
