No wait, Ezekiel is an old rich guy who got spider powers from a spider totem ritual. Morlun, not to be confused with Mobius, is the vampire-ish guy that wants to eat them. So making Ezekiel to villain instead of Morlun is confusing.

The best parts by far are when it it’s light & zany. Marvel Studios has made it difficult to portray Captain Marvel compellingly, but Ms. Marvel & the Flerkens were flawless!

The best parts by far are when it it’s light & zany. The kookiness gets interrupted for a more generic sci-fi movie that gestures at the horrors of war. Kamala & the Flekens were perfect!

This season is peculiar in that while each episode is well assembled, the overall story seems to be spinning plates. The TVA logistics make even less sense.We never learn why HWR’s mysterious machinations so convoluted nor how Loki suddenly acquires time powers.
