NEX cameras have quite a bit larger of a sensor, so are going to perform better in low light, and perform a bit better all-around in image quality. The auto-focus system on the G5 might be faster, but stay tuned for the upcoming NEX-6, because it has a revamped auto-focus system that is supposed to be great. Read more
