I suspect you aren't using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and therefore are being served a slightly more static version of the page. If you're no longer seeing a separate, scrolling, right bar, this means you aren't using a modern browser that supports some of the technology required to fix our URL structure. Updating to the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox should fix this. Read more
