A sneak preview of Dragons: Riders of Berk and clones run amok on Gravity Falls!

This week we welcome Dragons: Riders of Berk, Cartoon Network's spin-off of How to Train a Dragon to Saturday Morning Cartoons. This shows bring some of the highest quality CG animation ever to television. Gravity Falls, one of the quirkiest shows on tv, is back this week as well, while we are treated to a film noire episode of Adventure Time.

Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes are off this week, but we're including a clip from Marvel's All Winners Squad web series to prevent superhero withdrawal. Tron Uprising is absent as well, but Disney XD re-aired the season earlier this week, so the new episodes should be on their way soon.

As always, minor spoilers ahead!

Adventure Time – "BMO Noire"

Beemo takes center stage in this episode, as he goes on a detective journey to find Finn's missing sock.

This episode is a treat, switching back and forth from a noir style. Andy Milonakis, everyone's favorite thirty-something passing as a thirteen-year-old, voices N.E.P.T.R., the Never Ending Pie Throwing Robot, in this episode.

Regular Show – "Prankless"

Muscle Man's pranking days seemingly come to an end in this episode, as he devises a trap that almost kills Pops and lands the patriarch in the hospital. When a rival park begins a prank war, Benson tries to convince Muscle Man to prank again.

Dragons: Riders of Berk – "How to Start a Dragon Academy" & "Viking for Hire"

Dreamworks Dragons Riders of Berk - Episode 1 - How to Start a Dragon Academy

Cartoon Network aired a one-hour long sneak preview of the upcoming fall series, featuring the first two episodes of Dragons: Riders of Berk. The series features cinematic level CG while retaining most of the original voice cast. In the first episode, Hiccup fights for the right of dragons to live in Berk, and starts a dragon academy to properly teach the dragons how to live with humans and not burn their houses down.

In the second episode from the preview, the local blacksmith and dragon-slayer, Gobber, feels he's lost his place in the world. Gobber is no longer making weapons and fighting off dragons.

Hiccup fills the void, giving the rough and tumble character a place as one of the academy's dragon trainers.

Gravity Falls – "Double Dipper"

Gravity Falls - Double Dipper

Grunkle Stan throws a (free?) party at the Mystery Shack to lure customers. While Mabel and Dipper are sent off to make fliers using a dirty old copier, they learn it has an extra function — the copier can create human clones.

Mabel and Dipper re-enact the silly string scene from Big in this clip.

All Winners Squad – "Pilot"

A play on the golden age comic of the same name, All Winners Squad is made up of some of the er...finest heroes in the Marvel Universe.

Howard the Duck, Squirrel Girl, Unicorn, Frog Man, and more join together in this Adult Swim-style cartoon.
