Both are easy bikes to ride, but skip the Thruxton and get the base Bonneville instead. Same bike, but like $1800 cheaper (IIRC) and it has superior components in the form of 17-inch aluminum wheels, radial tires and comfortable ergonomics. Yes, I've ridden both. The Dorso is WAYYYYY to heavy, has a very nervous front end and awful fueling. The Hyper is wayyyyy lighter, wayyyyy easier to ride, more comfortable and just a far superior option. I'm an Aprilia fanboy too, but they fucked up when they made the Dorso. Read more
