Between 1930-1960, there was an unspoken law that whenever people dressed up as Disney characters, their costumes had to be downright ghastly.
And indeed, these Mickey Mouse outfits from 1931 are the kind of pervert suits that you find in spanking clubs located in condemned rendering plants.
