My mom purchased a Macintosh LCII around 1992. We got the huge external CD drive and a bunch of games a few years later. I remember playing Lode Runner on that thing for hours. I tried to create "programs" with KidPix (a drawing program for kids - I was an idiot). I tried to create a Star Wars game in HyperCard (I think I had a title screen and a credits screen). The Incredible Machine was probably the best game I ever played. I remember little things like that.
But now I have different computers and different phones and do different things. I don't use Macs or iPhones but I still think differently (I use Linux). Maybe Steve Jobs influenced me. Maybe he didn't. But he's gone now, and this movie, the Pirates of Silicon Valley for $16 is sorta about him. Maybe buy it, maybe don't. -CB
